Photos from the Michigan State and Ohio State football game on October 1, 2011 at Ohio Stadium in Columbus Ohio. The Spartans defeated the Buckeyes, 10-7, for the first time since 1999.

Best of the best between Michigan State and Michigan the past three years.

This little guy was hanging out in the south endzone during the MSU vs. Youngstown State game on Friday night. I think he was waiting until he could fly up and distract a player as he came in for a touchdown catch.

My #1 Fan:
I picked up a copy of The State News on Sat. dated Fri., March 18 and wish I had not. I wondered why there were so many copies still in the “holder” (or whatever you call it) and when I looked at it, I think I know why.
How could you possibly feel good about distributing this paper with the photo of a great person, player and senior that you put on the front page of this issue. He has passion and feelings.
Obviously you have never been in his “position.”
I can’t believe “true” Spartans have displayed this on the newsstand. Of course, I have no way of knowing if you are Spartans. Anyway, it’s great to be a fan.
